WHO ARE WE?
We are a group of individuals who have teamed together to form the London & South East Rat Pack. We made our connection by following other rat packs through social media.
We cover all London and the Home Counties carrying out pest control services.
Rats are becoming more immune from rat poison which is just not enough to stop them, hence their numbers dramatically increasing.
We have various working terrier and lurcher dogs, where we attend farms, stables, pig units, poultry units, allotments, waste and recycling plants and any other types of property to assist in the termination of increasing rat numbers.
We also have a couple of members who are owners of air rifles, so if dogs are not for you, then air rifles maybe another option for you.

We do not charge for our services with the dogs but donations are always welcome which will assist in out of pocket expenses.
All dogs are well trained and will not interfere or get distracted with or by any other livestock or animals.

We can also attend your premises to take care of unwanted Pigeons, Crows & Rabbits. Pigeons have become a huge pest, for damage to feeds, droppings being left everywhere which can cause serious harm to your health, as well as leaving you with an unpleasant mess to clear up.

Charges do apply to residential properties for the use of air rifles. This is due to the time restraints dealing with small numbers

MIKE
Coordinator
The group was formed in May 2020. I was previously a farmer & contractor back home in South Wales. Leaving the agriculutral industry in 1990 to seek a new career in engineering, I arrived in London in 2002 where i have remained since. I have always missed my farming background at every level, where i still keep an interest within the industry as well as the countryside as a whole.

How did i get into Ratting?
Back in the day, we carried out ratting on our own farm as well as those of our clients. We would have organised meets on farms that had infestations. Great days out for us and the dogs.
Rat populations are increasing and having watched other rat packs around the country filming their fun and experiences, I set up the LSE Rat Pack. I made contact with others in the area and here we are.
Our team members are dotted throughout our catchment area of london and the Home Counties.
The Team
June 20th 2020:

This is our first meet & permission as a team on a farm in Kent
In no particular order, Ashley, Danny. Aaron, Tony, Luke 1, Luke 2, Lenny, Martin, Danny Senior, Danny Junior, mark 1 & mark 2.
Stuart and myself out of the photo.
12 dogs in total who all performed excellent on the day.
67 rats caught amongst the stock pens and inside an empty poultry unit.
The farmer was delighted with the result who is expecting to see alot less damage to his animal feed in the immediate area. We will be revisiting soon as there are many more areas in need of being cleared.

Photos of the day are in the Gallery.
