Domestic customer - Central London July 15th 2020 - Above
I had a call from a domestic customer who had rats but no idea of how many? Everyone in this mews had seen a rat so they thought they had many rats visiting.
I set up a trail camera to capture the activity. By viewing this, we established that it was only one rat inside their closed off mews. It wasnt a frequesnt visitor but still causing concern on what it was after and where it was going even though there was no other entry/exit for it, unless it was scaling the vines that were growing inside the mews. The options that were available were to wait and shoot it, a bait box or cover the drain with a fine mesh to stop it's entry.
The rat maybe on it's last days as it looked poorly, thin and showing some form of skin disease as well as a broken tail.

NEW PERMISSION, SMALL FARM IN KENT
15 x rats caught
We were invited by a pest control company based in Kent to a small farm holding that they have a contract with.
They wanted to reduce the numbers to keep on top of what they currently have. We caught 15 x rats in total of various sizes but lost about 5 large adult rats through so many escape/ bolt holes.
Another trip very soon we hope.
